How can you create new workspaces while enhancing employee comfort?

This is a challenge many companies face today. As work styles evolve and the demand for collaborative spaces continues to grow, making the most of existing office space has become essential. Workplace needs are changing: more meetings, more collaboration, more calls, and an increasing expectation for employee well-being and the ability to focus at work.

This office refurbishment project was designed to address exactly these challenges.

The objective was to create new workspaces while preserving employees’ comfort, well-being, and ability to concentrate.

To achieve this, several acoustic and decorative solutions were implemented:
✔️ SlimBox acoustic panels were installed in a meeting room to ensure comfortable discussions and excellent speech intelligibility.
✔️ Our Vinacoustic Linen acoustic wall covering was installed in the reception area to improve acoustic comfort from the moment visitors enter the premises.
✔️ Phone booths and meeting pods were fitted with Vinacoustic Dune acoustic wall coverings, creating private spaces for calls and impromptu meetings without disturbing nearby workstations.

The result? Workspaces that are better suited to today’s ways of working, with controlled acoustics and a more comfortable environment for everyone.

Because successful workplace design is about more than simply gaining additional square metres—it also means creating an environment that supports the well-being and performance of the people who use it every day.
